Sodium hypochlorite solution for root canal irrigation – HypoChlor 3.25% and HypoChlor Forte 5.25% SafeEndo HypoChlor is a sodium hypochlorite solution for root canal irrigation, available as HypoChlor 3.25% for routine cases and HypoChlor Forte 5.25% for maximum tissue dissolution. It dissolves vital and necrotic pulp remnants and the organic smear layer while delivering strong bactericidal action. Supplied in a black, light-protected 500mL bottle with Luer cap.
