Shipping Policy

Dentora delivers dental equipment and consumables to dental professionals, clinics, and hospitals across India. This Shipping Policy explains our dispatch and delivery process, timelines, and charges.

1. Order Dispatch Time

In-stock products: Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and successful payment.

Made-to-order / equipment: Equipment and made-to-order items may take longer to dispatch. The expected dispatch timeline is shown on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Metros and Tier-1 cities: 2–4 business days;
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days;
  • Remote / rural locations: 6–10 business days.

These are estimates based on courier schedules and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, or regulatory checks, and are outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order and are displayed at checkout before you pay. We offer free shipping on select orders and during promotional periods; any free-shipping offer will be clearly shown during checkout.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India, subject to serviceability by our courier partners. If a pincode is not serviceable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternate arrangement where possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and / or SMS with tracking details and the courier name. You can also track your order from your profile if you have an account. For "New clinic" bulk orders, our team will share dispatch and delivery updates over email or phone.

6. Delivery and Receipt

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment. We recommend inspecting the package before accepting delivery. If you notice any damage, please mention it on the courier proof of delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photographs. For fragile or high-value equipment, please record an unboxing video as proof of condition on arrival.

7. Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered (wrong address, repeated delivery failure, refusal, or no one available after multiple attempts), the courier will return it to us. We will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund (less original shipping costs).

8. Bulk and New Clinic Orders

For large clinic setup orders, shipping is arranged via dedicated logistics and may be quoted separately. Dispatch and delivery timelines for such orders are confirmed once your requirements are finalised. Visit our Setup Clinic page to start a bulk enquiry.
