All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We strive to display accurate pricing; in the event of a pricing error, we may cancel an order and offer the option to re-order at the correct price.

We process payments through trusted third-party gateways including Razorpay. By submitting payment, you authorise us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method. Your payment is governed by the terms of the card issuer / bank / wallet provider and the payment gateway, in addition to these Terms.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, stock, and courier conditions. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on dispatch from our warehouse, except where the law requires otherwise. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read that policy carefully, as it forms part of these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colours, dimensions, and other specifications may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Many products are intended for use by qualified dental professionals only; it is your responsibility to ensure products are used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable law, and clinical guidelines.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the "Dentora" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its systems, or another user's account;

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Site, and we are not liable for downtime, errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
