Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident when you shop with Dentora. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when you can cancel an order, return a product, and how refunds are processed. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and is governed by the laws of India.

1. Order Cancellations
Before dispatch: You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
After dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return as described below after the product reaches you.
Cancelled by us: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or any other legitimate reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to the medical and hygiene-sensitive nature of dental products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions, within 7 days of delivery:
- Wrong or damaged product received: A product that is incorrect, physically damaged, or defective on arrival.
- Sealed consumables: Consumables (gloves, masks, impression materials, burs, etc.) only if the packaging seal is intact and unused.
- Incorrect specification: A product that does not match what was ordered on the Site at the time of purchase.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, fitted, or customised (e.g. custom implant abutments, made-to-order equipment, sterilised items), except where the product is defective on arrival.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
Please email us at admin@dentoraa.com or call us at +91 73593 75985 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a short description (and, where possible, photographs) of the issue. Our team will review the request and, if eligible, share return instructions. Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
4. Inspection and Approval
Returned products are inspected on receipt. Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes inspection. If a return is rejected (e.g. the product has been used or packaging is damaged), we will notify you and arrange for the item to be returned to you; refund will not be processed in such cases.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout:
- Online payments (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets): Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued via bank transfer / UPI to a verified account you provide, within7–10 business days of approval.
Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable except where the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).
6. Replacements
Where a product is defective or damaged on arrival and stock permits, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. You may choose to request a replacement in your return request. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.
7. Warranty and Manufacturer Support
Many dental equipment products carry a manufacturer warranty. Where a product develops a defect within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase and we will guide you through the manufacturer's warranty / service claim process. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Non-Refundable Cases
The following are non-refundable / non-returnable:
- Consumables with broken or missing seals;
- Used, fitted, or sterilised products;
- Custom-made or made-to-order items;
- Products returned without prior approval from us;
- Products returned after the 7-day return window.
